Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw from the contract you concluded online. Fill in the form and confirm your withdrawal in the next step. You will then receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ViPDashPlayer, vipdashplayer@web.de) of your decision by a clear statement – e.g. via this form. For digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses early once we have begun performance after you expressly consented and confirmed your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
